Rempah
means spices.

Bumbu or mumbu is a Sarawak Malay word. Literally translated it means, a mixture of roasted coconut and spices mixed together using stone mortar and pestle to create a wonderful spice paste.

Thus here at “Bumbu N Rempah”, we offer rich flavour of different spices mix together to give aromatic and mouthwatering recipes. We also believe that different dish i.e fish, chicken, beef, lamb and duck has its own Bumbu n Rempah.
